The Golden Carbonara Rules: 1 egg per person 100 grams / 3.5 oz of dry pasta per person 250 grams / 0.5 lb of bacon per 3 persons 100 grams / 3.5 oz of parmesan cheese per 3 persons A pinch of Tabasco (voluntary) Salt and freshly ground black pepper See the video for instructions. Cake for 6-8 persons: 180 g or 4/5 cups sugar 3 eggs 2 tbsp vanilla extract (vanilla sugar) 100 g or 3/4 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 0.25 cups shredded coconut a pinch of salt 0.66 sticks of butter 2 oz. dark chocolate (min. 70 % cocoa) 2 oz. white chocolate - Preheat oven to 350 Deg. F. - Whisk together eggs and sugar and add vanilla extract - Mix dry ingredients in a bowl on the side - Blend the dry ingredients into the egg mixture - Melt butter in the microwave at 80% power for around 1 minute - Poor melted butter into mixture - Bake in the oven for around 30 min at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. - When cake is done; place pieces of dark and white chocolate on the piping hot cake - Swirl the chocolate pieces around with the back of a spoon to obtain a pretty pattern - Let the cake cool completely and let the chocolate solidify before digging in ;-) Bon appétit For the visual recipe click here

Ingredients (5-6 pers.) : 6.3 oz. (180 gr.) dark chocolate (+70% cocoa) 1.56 sticks of butter (180 gr.) 1.3 cups of sugar (250 gr.) 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla essense 1 cup of plain flour A pinch of salt (don't forget this!!! Your brownie would never taste the same without it) Instructions: Melt butter and chocolate together in a bowl in the microwave at 80% effect for 2 minutes or so - check on it once in while mix sugar and eggs with a fork or whisk mix chocolate/butter with sugar/eggs-mixture mix dry ingredients - incl. salt combine the two phases well together butter a baking tin or put parchment paper in the bottom so it won't stick poor mixture into tin and cook for 25-30 min at 350 DF The cake is even better the next day!
